Our Team
Michael Bloomberg founded M Bloomberg Professional Corporation in 2006. He previously worked at Price Waterhouse Coopers where he received his CA designation in 1992. This was followed by his admission into the partnership of a mid-sized GTA firm in 2001. He has over thirty years of experience providing business advisory, accounting, assurance, corporate and personal income tax preparation and estate planning to an array of clients, including owner-managed businesses in manufacturing, real estate, health clubs and professional services industries.
Michael’s services also include the preparation of annual Pension Plan audits for clients who report to regulatory bodies such the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario and Office of the Alberta Superintendent of Pensions.
Michael offers a very hands-on approach to help and guide clients to grow their businesses and meet their goals.
Benjamin Bloomberg, graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in management and organizational studies, with a specialization in accounting. Benjamin worked for Deloitte LLP as a senior accountant, where he received his CPA designation.
He subsequently joined M Bloomberg Professional Corporation in 2024 as a senior accountant. Benjamin’s experience includes, preparation of compilation engagements, assurance services, corporate and personal income tax preparation. Benjamin looks to enhance his tax and estate planning knowledge through client work and professional development courses; in particular, the CPA Canada’s in-depth tax program.
With over 40 years of working in public practice, her experience includes preparation and review of personal and corporate tax returns, compilation engagements, assurance services and review engagements. Anne is an integral part of the M Bloomberg Professional Corporation team.
